Thank you for participating in the Ignite Tournaments creator ecosystem. This Refund Policy governs all financial commitments, SaaS transactions, and recurring subscription pay-ins processed through the website located at ignitetournaments.com (the “Site”), our mobile application (the “App”), and any integrated community environments (such as our Discord leaderboard bot configurations).
1. General Non-Refundability & Immediate Consumption Principle
Except as explicitly mandated by applicable local consumer law or detailed within this document, all fees, transactional pay-ins, and recurring Fan Subscriptions processed on the Ignite platform are strictly non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Because access to premium creator universes, digital status markers, custom chat badges, and multiplier-weighted community voting parameters is provisioned automatically and immediately upon successful credit card capture, the digital utility of the service is considered fully delivered and consumed the exact moment the fiat transaction clears our payment gateway. Transactions cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded once this qualitative ecosystem access has been granted.
2. Recurring Fan Subscription Cancellation
When you purchase a monthly recurring Fan Subscription for a chosen creator community, your payment method is automatically charged on a pre-paid basis at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to enjoy full access to your premium creator perks, Discord roles, private channels, and leaderboard features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Ignite does not issue partial or pro-rated refunds or credits for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
- Cancellation Management: You may stop future recurring charges at any time by navigating to your Account Profile within the Member Portal at IgniteTournaments.com/pay and executing an electronic cancellation command prior to your next scheduled billing execution date. Upon cancellation, your account will naturally degrade to the standard free tier at the end of the billing period without further transaction processing.
3. Explicit Denial of Refund Scenarios (Risk Isolation)
To eliminate friendly fraud and buyer’s remorse within creator networks, Ignite explicitly denies refund requests stemming from the following consumer-driven variables:
- Gameplay & Leaderboard Placement: Dissatisfaction with your ranking on server leaderboards, failure to win community trivia events, or a failure to be selected for feature segments in a content creator’s future public videos strictly does not constitute grounds for a financial refund or credit.
- Creator Volatility & Schedule Shifts: Because Fan Subscriptions are purchased as an act of ongoing creator economy support, variations in a content creator’s streaming schedules, changes to video drop frequencies, community moderation styles, or structural changes to community perk styles do not entitle the user to a refund of past or currently active subscription cycles.
- Account Terminations for Cause: If your account is unilaterally suspended, blacklisted, or permanently deleted due to violations of our platform integrity protocols (such as cheating, botting, data manipulation, credit card fraud, or toxic behavior in gated Discord spaces), you forfeit all active subscription time with zero cash value, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Technical Exceptions & Billing Audit Windows
If you identify what you believe to be a technical transaction error, processing duplication, or billing anomaly on your statement, you must notify our billing operations team at [email protected].
- The 120-Day Audit Window: You must alert us to generalized billing discrepancies within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date the charge first appeared on your financial statement. After 120 days have elapsed from the initial transaction timestamp, Ignite Tournaments, Inc. shall have no liability or financial obligation to investigate, correct, or reverse the disputed charge, and you waive all rights to claim an adjustment. Verified processing errors will be corrected or credited within ninety (90) days of initial notification.
- Systemic Delivery Failure Exception: If our backend automated synchronization system fails to deliver your premium Discord server credentials or app status tags within forty-eight (48) hours of successful payment confirmation, and our engineering team verifies the failure was systemic and not due to user-side configuration errors (e.g., providing an incorrect or unlinked Discord ID), a manual full refund will be processed. To qualify for this technical review, users must submit a support ticket along with electronic transaction receipts within 48 hours of the disputed transaction timestamp. Any requests filed outside of this 48-hour window are automatically time-barred.
5. Strict Chargeback Prevention and Fraud Policy
Ignite maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud, card testing, and unauthorized chargebacks.
- Notice Regarding Bank Disputes: Initiating a formal dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer or banking institution without first contacting Ignite support to resolve a billing query constitutes a material breach of contract. By executing a purchase, you confirm that you possess a clear understanding of this Refund Policy and the non-monetary, social nature of the service. You explicitly wave the right to file an unauthorized “Product Not Received” or “Item Not As Described” chargeback.
- System Action: Any account associated with a submitted chargeback or payment reversal will be hit with an immediate, permanent ban. The associated user profile, telemetry records, and Discord IDs will be permanently purged from all active and historical community leaderboards.
- Evidentiary Submission & Blacklisting: In the event of a dispute, Ignite Tournaments will actively submit this policy, your automated digital delivery logs, and your unique Discord verification telemetry records to your banking institution to robustly overturn the chargeback. Furthermore, your identity markers will be permanently blacklisted from our international merchant processing network.
- Legal Recourse: Ignite reserves the right to pursue civil litigation and criminal fraud prosecution to recover the full value of the reversed funds, administrative processing fees, chargeback fines levied by credit card networks, and associated collections or reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred to repair merchant account integrity.
