Thank you for participating in the Ignite Tournaments creator ecosystem. This Refund Policy governs all financial commitments, SaaS transactions, and recurring subscription pay-ins processed through the website located at ignitetournaments.com (the “Site”), our mobile application (the “App”), and any integrated community environments (such as our Discord leaderboard bot configurations).
1. General Non-Refundability Principle
Except as explicitly mandated by applicable local consumer law or detailed within this document, all fees, transactional pay-ins, and recurring Fan Subscriptions processed on the Ignite platform are strictly non-refundable.
Because access to premium creator ecosystems, digital status markers, custom chat badges, and community leaderboard ranking parameters is provisioned immediately upon successful credit card capture, transactions cannot be reversed or refunded once qualitative access has been granted.
2. Recurring Fan Subscription Cancellation
When you purchase a monthly recurring Fan Subscription for a chosen creator community, your payment method is automatically charged on a pre-paid basis at the start of each billing cycle.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to enjoy full access to your premium creator perks, Discord roles, and leaderboard features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. Ignite does not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
- Cancellation Management: You may stop future recurring charges at any time by navigating to your Account Profile within the Member Portal and executing a cancellation command prior to your next scheduled billing execution date.
3. Billing Discrepancies and Audit Windows
If you identify what you believe to be a technical transaction error, processing duplication, or billing anomaly on your statement, you must notify our billing operations team at [email protected] within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date the charge first appeared on your financial statement.
Important Limitation: After 120 days have elapsed from the initial transaction timestamp, Ignite Tournaments, Inc. shall have no liability or financial obligation to investigate, correct, or reverse the disputed charge, and you waive all rights to claim a refund or adjustment. Valid technical processing errors confirmed by our engineering team will be corrected or credited within ninety (90) days of initial notification.
4. Strict Chargeback Prevention and Fraud Policy
Ignite maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud and unauthorized chargebacks.
Initiating a formal dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer or banking institution without first contacting Ignite support to resolve a billing query constitutes a material breach of our terms.
- System Action: Any account associated with a submitted chargeback or payment reversal will be hit with an immediate, permanent ban. The associated user profile and Discord IDs will be purged from all active and historical community leaderboards.
- Legal Recourse: Ignite reserves the right to pursue civil litigation and criminal fraud prosecution to recover the full value of the reversed funds, administrative processing fees, chargeback fines levied by credit card networks, and associated collections or attorneys’ fees.
